Payment and Cancellation Policies

 PAYMENT POLICY:

  • All reservations should be paid in full 7 days prior to the activity date.
  • The 50% should paid up front when making the reservation in order to confirm you tour booking. Balance should be paid 7days prior  the activity date. 
  • RATES: Costumers understand that our rates are subject to 13% of Costa Rican government taxes plus a 5% of processing fees. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Rules to apply for a Cancelation:

  1. Cancellation must be received 7 days or more prior the tour date.
  2. The 50% of total amount penalty would apply if cancellation is received between 6 to 3 days prior tour date.
  3. The 100% of total payment penalty if cancellation is received less than 3 days prior the tour date or in “no show” cases. No refund or credit notes applies. A great deal of time, effort and cost has been spent getting the tour ready for you and your group.  Other seeking spaces on our tour have likely been turned away as a result of your reservation.
